Overview
These terms apply to the Quicksplit mobile app, created by Solarscale Technologies (we, us). Quicksplit has free and paid features.
By downloading or using Quicksplit, you agree to these terms. Read them before using the app. You must not copy or change the app, any part of it, or our trademarks without permission. You must not try to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create versions based on it. We own all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app.
Changes to the app and charges
We aim to make Quicksplit useful and efficient. We reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time, for any reason. We’ll clearly tell you about any charges for the app or its services.
Keeping your phone and data secure
Quicksplit stores and processes the personal data you give us to provide the service. You’re responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. This removes restrictions set by your device’s operating system and can expose it to malware, viruses, or other harmful software. It can also weaken security features and stop Quicksplit working properly, or at all.
Internet access and data charges
Some features need an internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We’re not responsible if the app doesn’t work fully because you don’t have Wi-Fi access or have used up your data allowance.
Your mobile provider’s terms still apply when you use Quicksplit on mobile data. You’re responsible for data charges and any other third-party charges, including roaming charges when you use the app outside your home region or country with data roaming enabled. If someone else pays your phone bill, we assume you have their permission to use the app.
Device and service limitations
You’re responsible for keeping your device charged. We’re not responsible if you can’t access Quicksplit because your battery has run out.
We work to keep Quicksplit up to date and accurate, but we rely on third parties for some of the information we make available to you. We accept no liability for direct or indirect loss caused by relying entirely on this functionality of the app.
App updates and ending the service
We may update Quicksplit, and its operating system requirements may change. You’ll need to download updates to keep using it. We don’t guarantee that the app will always meet your needs or work with the operating system version on your device. You agree to accept app updates when we offer them.
Important notice
We may stop providing Quicksplit or end your use of it at any time, without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, the rights and licenses granted under these terms will end. You must then stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated terms on this page to notify you of changes. Check this page regularly for updates.
These terms take effect from June 6, 2024.
