How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to delete your Quicksplit account, we'll help you through the process. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure you've settled any outstanding balances with your friends before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Quicksplit account, simply send us an email request:

Make sure to send the email from the same email address you used to register your Quicksplit account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request securely.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once we receive your deletion request, here's what we'll do:

  • Delete your user account and all personal information associated with it
  • Delete all tabs you have created – these will be permanently removed
  • Remove you from any tabs where you are a member
  • Process your request within 30 days of receipt

🚨 Important Warning

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. This includes all your tabs, expense history, and account information. Make sure you've saved any important information before requesting deletion.

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. We'll send you a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
